Current Positions Available

 

Traineeship Positions - January 2024 Intake! 

  • Traineeship in Cert III & IV in Outdoor Leadership
  • Regular income whether working, training or on leave
  • Subsided onsite accommodation & meals included whilst on camp programs
  • Guaranteed employment, ongoing training, mentorship & income for 3 years
  • Just finished your Cert III? Join us to complete your Cert IV and work and gain expereince at the same time 

 

Casual and Full-time (6 month fixed-term blocks) Group Leader positions available for a busy and exciting Semester 1 2023! 

A qualified and experienced Group Leader can expect;

  • Competitive Remuneration (hourly rates) $447 per day plus ON allowance, Leave benefits & Super (based on Fixed-term Lvl 3 Leader program day) | or $527 per day (based on Casual Lvl 3 Leader program day
  • All meals, accomm, equipment, uniform and first aid kit whilst on programs
  • Subsidised onsite accommodation if required between programs (includes van amenties)
  • Operate from one base camp located within 60km of Sydney CBD
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing training
  • To join an industry leading team and provider 

Candidates must:

  • Be eligible to work in Australia
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation or Equivalent 
  • Able to obtain a current WWCC in NSW
  • Able to obtain a Remote Area Aid Certificate.
